Ingredients

  • 1 fresh bagel, sliced in half and lightly toasted
  • 1 (4oz) container Vermont Creamy Goat Cheese Classic
  • 1 fresh kiwi, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

Spread the bagel halves with Vermont Creamy Goat Cheese, and top with kiwi slices.

Drizzle with honey.

Chef’s Suggestion

You may replace the kiwi with dried apricots and add almonds or other nuts.
