Ingredients

  • 8 fresh blinis
  • 1 (8 oz) container Vermont Crème Fraîche
  • 8 tsp caviar

Directions

On top of each blini add 1 tsp of Vermont Crème Fraîche and 1 tsp of caviar.

Chef’s Suggestion

Instead of caviar you may use salmon eggs
