Bijou is one of our signature aged goat cheese made in the style of the French "crottin". When wrapped in its micro-cave, the cheese is still fresh with a delicate rind. As it ages the interior becomes soft and the flavor more robust. It won second Place at the 2007 American Cheese Society

Bonne Bouche, French for "tasty morsel", is an ashed-ripened, hand-crafted goat cheese made from a traditional French recipe. The flavor is fresh and lemony; the texture is soft and smooth. As the cheese ages, it becomes creamier with notes of hazelnuts, while the rind becomes more dry and piquant. It won outstanding Cheese at the 2007 Fancy Food Show
