- 8 oz. Fromage Blanc
- ½ cup of whole milk
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup of honey

- Beat the fromage blanc, milk, honey, and salt and until
light and smooth.
- Pour mixture into 4 small glasses or espresso mugs and put in
the freezer.
- Freeze until soft frozen, 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on size/shape
of container.
- Top with a layer of fruit puree and serve with a shortbread
cookie.
