September 1st, 2009 — Websterville, VT – This year, Vermont Butter & Cheese Company (VBC) is celebrating 25 years of cheesemaking in Vermont and the accomplishment of being a leading creamery in US artisanal cheeses. Coming this fall, the small creamery is introducing a new name and new packaging.

- World's Best!
Websterville, VT, October 14, 2009. — Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery was recently awarded the World’s Best for Crème Fraîche at this year’s World Cheese Awards held on October 1st in the Canary Islands. Vermont Butter & Cheese has been making Crème Fraîche since the early days of the creamery, along with fresh goat cheese. Time honored European methods, as well as fresh and local cream has made it the choice of professional chefs and home cooks alike.
