We have taken every step to make sure our online store is convenient, easy-to-use and worry free. When using our web site all order and credit card information is protected using SSL secure transaction technology. SSL securely encrypts the data that gets sent over the Internet.

All transactions are in US dollars.

Export

Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery does not ship outside the continental United States. Sorry, no shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or foreign countries.

Delivery

We ship FedEx overnight or UPS ground (to New England States only). Our regular shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (holiday weeks may vary). Orders will be shipped within 2 business days to the address(es) you provide. No PO Boxes, APO or FPO shipments please. We are not responsible for refunds or replacement of shipments if an incomplete or invalid address is provided or if the recipients are not available to accept the package in a reasonable amount of time.

Product Availability

Here at the creamery, we strive to make sure all of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Unfortunately, there might be times where demand is higher than usual and we are out of stock, so we will email you whenever an issue arises.

Returns

Once your order leaves our creamery with either FedEx or UPS, we can not accept returns, due to the sensitivity of our cheeses and butter. Whenever a refund is necessary, your credit card used to process your order, will be credited.
