Bijou + Wheat Beer

Burlington Beer Co., Chasing Rabbits:  a Hoppy American Style wheat beer that pops with juicy citrus flavors and offsets the nuttiness of Bijou. 

Ommegang Brewery, Whitte Ale:  a traditional Belgian-style wheat ale, flavorful, soft and hazy.  

Bonne Bouche + Quad Beer

Allagash Brewing Company, Four:  Modeled after a Belgian style quad, Four Ale has delicate flavors of raisin, candied fruit and plum which balances the lightness of Bonne Bouche.

Smuttynose Brewing Company, Gravitation:  A deep chestnut, dark ale with a mix of fruit, rum, toffee and raisins.   

Coupole + Farmhouse Ale/Saison

Hill Farmstead Brewery, Edward:  This American pale ale is unfiltered and dry hopped.  Aromatic and flowery with impressions of citrus and pine match the fresh flavor of Coupole. 

Two Roads Brewing, Workers Stomp:  A fruity and spicy beer with a hint of dry white wine notes. 

Cremont + IPA

Lawson's Finest, Sip of Sunshine:  This bright IPA is packed with juicy tropical character and hop flavor.  A perfect balance to complement the richness of double-cream Cremont.  

Lagunitas Brewing Company, IPA:  A well-rounded IPA with a bit of caramel malt barley which provides added richness.  

Fresh Goat Cheese + Lager

Von Trapp Brewing, Dunkel Lager:  Creamy, toffee aromas balance the bitterness of Munic malts and shine against the lemony tart fresh goat cheese.

Sam Adams, Boston Lager:  The classic you know and love.

St. Albans + Sour Beer

Lost Nation Brewing, Gose:  A refreshing beer brewed with coriander and sea salt.  The tart, dry finish combined with the hint of salt and citrus balances the buttery, robust flavor of St. Albans. 

New Belgium, La Folie: This wood-aged, sour brown beer is sharp and full of green apple notes.
