Add a little luck of the Irish to your cheeseboard this year by giving your fresh goat cheese logs a shamrock made of herbs.
You will need:
Trace the shape of a clover onto your piece of paper, trim outline with scissors
Finely chop combination of herbs
Remove chevre log from wrapper and gently press either the cut out clover shape or the cut stensil onto the chevre log, making sure to press the paper flush against the cheese.
Gently roll the chevre log into the chopped herbs or press herbs with your fingers onto the cheese.
Once cheese is coated in herbs, gently peal away paper and tidy lines with the tip of a pairing knife.
Serve cheese at room temperature with crisps, crackers, or bread.
