The benefit of constructing a cheeseboard is it can be as large or small as you want it to be.  Balance the cheeses' unique flavors and textures with the addition of assorted seasonal produce, nuts, charcuterie, and breads or crackers.



Charcuterie: like hard salami and prosciutto or speck

Roasted nuts, like marcona almonds or pecans

Fresh or dried fruit: like citrus, grapes, dried apricots or dates, figs or currants

Fresh rustic bread like a sliced baguette

Olives or cornichons

    Take cheeses out of refrigerator one hour prior to serving, allowing them to come to room temperature.
