8 ounces Vermont Creamery Fromage Blanc

1/2 cup whole milk

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup honey

Directions

    Beat the fromage blanc, milk, honey, and salt in bowl until light and smooth.

  • STEP 2

    Pour mixture into 4 small glasses or espresso mugs. Freeze until soft frozen, 1 1/2–2 1/2 hours, depending on size/shape of container.
