Greek Dip With Quark

Ingredients

8 ounces Vermont Creamery Quark

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

1 clove garlic, smashed

1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped

2 ounces Vermont Creamery Goats' Milk Feta

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions
