A take on traditional berries and cream, honeyed chevre on stonefruit makes a simple yet tasty treat. 

Ingredients

4 ripe stonefruits, such as plums, peaches, or nectarines

4 ounces Vermont Creamery Spreadable Goat Cheese

1/8 cup honey

2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

    Slice stonefruit in half and remove seed.

    Place spreadable goat cheese and honey into small bowl; stir to combine.
