Slices of Bijou buttons topped with smoked salmon and a dollop of crème fraîche make for a festive bite.  Pair with this Side Ride cocktail finished with sage & fresh lemon peel.

Side Ride Cocktail

1.5 ounces Aged Gin, like Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin

1 ounce Gran Marnier

0.5 ounces lemon juice

1 dash Angostora bitters

Sage leaf , for garnish

Lemon peel, for garnish


  • STEP 1

    Slice bijou into rounds and place on top of cracker Top cheese with thinly sliced caramelized apple and healthy crumble of smoked salmon. Using a small spoon, place a small dollop of crème fraîche on top of salmon. Garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill.

  • STEP 2

    To make cocktail, combine aged gin, Gran Marnier, lemon juice, and bitters in shaker. Stir 8-12 seconds and strain into chilled coupe glass. Lightl rub sage leaf on rim of coupe and float in drink along with lemon peel.
