Hanky Panky Cocktail

1.5 ounces Aged Gin, like Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin

1.5 ounces sweet vermouth

0.25 ounces Fernet Branca

Orange peel for garnish


  • STEP 1

    Spread a thin layer of pumpkin butter on seed & cranberry crisp. Top pumpkin butter with a layer of spreadable goat cheese. Drizzle goat cheese with maple syrup and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.

  • STEP 2

    To make cocktail, combine aged gin, sweet vermouth and Fernet Branca in mixing tin. Stir 8-12 seconds and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel.
