Pesto Flatbread With Sundried Tomato & Basil Crumbled Goat Cheese

This flatbread with its traditional Italian flavors couldn't be easier to pull together. Serve as an appetizer at a party or for a weekday dinner along side a simple salad. 


1 (10-ounce) pre-baked pizza crust

1/2 cup pesto

1 container Vermont Creamery Tomato & Basil Goat Cheese Crumbles

1/4 cup pine nuts


  • STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F.

  • STEP 2

    Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Top with pesto and spread evenly to cover crust.

  • STEP 3

    Sprinkle  crumbled goat cheese evenly on top of pesto.

  • STEP 4

    Place pine nuts in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until lightly toasted. Sprinkle on top of goat cheese.

  • STEP 5

    Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
