Tea-Soaked Dates With Mascarpone

The silky mascarpone offsets earthy, caramel-like dates and malty black tea for a sweet candied treat.


1 cup halved and pitted Medjool dates

8 ounces strong black tea, brewed from 3 or 4 tea bags

1/2 cup Vermont Creamery Mascarpone


  • STEP 1

    Place dates in medium bowl; pour black tea over dates. Let stand 5 minutes; drain. Serve dates with mascarpone for spreading. Enjoy!
