Vermont Creamery Sea Salt Cultured Butter

1 tablespoon red onion, minced

1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped

1 tablespoon capers, minced

2 tablespoons salmon lox, minced

2 teaspoons everything seasoning blend

zest of one lemon
Directions
- Whip butter in stand mixer, hand mixer, or with whisk until pale and fluffy.
- Add all ingredients and whip until combined.
- Store in airtight container and keep in refrigerator for up to one week.
