  • Vermont Creamery Cremont

    1 package

  • Vermont Creamery Bijou

    1 package

  • 4 ounces Payoyo, or any Manchego-style cheese

  • ginger snaps

  • Mexican chocolate pecans

  • dark chocolate oranges, or any fruity chocolate

  • cranberry & orange sauce

  • pistachio butter

Directions

  1. Take cheeses out of the fridge one hour prior to serving, allowing them to come to room temperature.
  2. Place cheeses on board first and cut. Fill in with other items such as dark chocolate oranges, pistachio butter and Mexican chocolate pecans.
  3. Don't be afraid to ask your local cheesemonger for recommendations; they are a wealth of knowledge!
