Baked St. Albans
Vermont Creamery St. Albans
1 tablespoon jam
1 frozen puff pastry, thawed
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Remove cover from crock. Spoon jam over top of St. Albans.
- Cut square from thawed puff pastry slightly larger than crock. Wet underside edges of pastry with a little water. Gently lay puff pastry over cheese, pressing down on edges to seal in jam.
- Place crock onto baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned and crisp.
- Serve immediately with baguette slices,
