Buttered Espresso Martini
⅔ cup brown sugar
Vermont Creamery Unsalted Cultured Butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 ounces vodka
½ ounce coffee liqueur
½ ounce butter syrup
1 shot espresso
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved, about 7-8 minutes and remove from heat to cool. Save butter syrup in a microwave safe container.
- To build each martini, add vodka, coffee liqueur, butter syrup, and espresso to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a martini glass and serve.
