Ingredients

16 ounces medium pasta shells

1 bunch broccoli rabe, blanched

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ lemon, for juice

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain; place into large bowl.
- Roughly chop blanched broccoli rabe; add to pasta.
- Combine olive oil and juice of half of a lemon in separate bowl, spooning out any seeds that fall into the bowl.
- Pour olive oil and lemon dressing over pasta in bowl. Add red pepper flakes; toss to combine well. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over dressed pasta. Gently toss to combine.
