Chèvre and Broccoli Rabe Pasta

  • 16 ounces grain pasta

  • 1 broccoli rabe, blanched

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ lemon, for juice

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, if desired

  • Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese

    4 ounces


  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain; place into large bowl
  2. Roughly chop blanched broccoli rabe; add to pasta
  3. Combine olive oil and juice of half of a lemon in separate bowl, spooning out any seeds that fall into the bowl
  4. Pour olive oil and lemon dressing over pasta in bowl. Add red pepper flakes; toss to combine well. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over dressed pasta. Gently toss to combine.
