Ingredients

Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
8 ounces room temperature

1 teaspoon orange zest

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ tablespoon rosemary, chopped

¼ cup golden raisins, finely chopped

⅓ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

assorted crackers or pita chips for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the room temperature fresh goat cheese, orange zest, and salt and mix well. Once the orange zest and salt has been combined into the cheese, start to gently pack the cheese into a ball, set aside
- On a large plate mix the chopped rosemary, golden raisins, and cranberries and stir to combine evenly.,Gently roll the cheese ball into the chopped fruit and herbs, pressing the fruit and herbs lightly into the ball to form an even layer around the outside. Place on a platter alongside some crackers or pita chips and serve immediately
recipe notes:
If you want to make this in advance, wrap the cheeseball fully in plastic once it's been coated in fruit & herbs and store in the refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature before serving for a spreadable consistency.
