Crème Fraîche Salmon
4 salmon fillets
¼ cup white wine
1 shallot, chopped
1 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche
- Heat broiler.
- Place salmon and wine in shallow baking dish. Garnish with shallot, cayenne, salt and pepper.
- Spread crème fraîche over top of salmon.
- Place under broiler in lower part of oven. Broil 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
