  • Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese

    1 log

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons spicy harissa

  • 1 loaf french bread, cut into 4 sections and sliced horizontally

  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced thick

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced

  • 2 rainbow carrots, julienned or peeled lengthwise to create ribbon

  • 1 cup fresh sprouts

  • Salt, as desired

  • Pepper, as desired

Directions

  1. Combine goat cheese, olive oil and harissa in small bowl. Mix until well combined. Mix until well combined
  2. Evenly spread goat cheese on cut-sides of french bread (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per side). Layer fresh vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired and enjoy.
