Ingredients

Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
1 log

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teashpoons spicy harissa

1 loaf french bread, cut into 4 sections

1 large heirloom tomato, sliced thick

1 English cucumber, sliced

2 rainbow carrots, julienned or peeled lengthwise to create ribbon

1 cup fresh sprouts

Salt, as desired

Pepper, as desired
Directions
- Combine all goat cheese spread ingredients in small bowl. Mix until well combined
- Evenly spread goat cheese spread on cut-sides of bread (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per side). Layer fresh vegetables onto bottom half of bagel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, as desired. Cover with top half of bagel, goat cheese spread side down.
