Ingredients

Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons spicy harissa

1 loaf french bread, cut into 4 sections and sliced horizontally

1 large heirloom tomato, sliced thick

1 English cucumber, sliced

2 rainbow carrots, julienned or peeled lengthwise to create ribbon

1 cup fresh sprouts

Salt, as desired

Pepper, as desired
Directions
- Combine goat cheese, olive oil and harissa in small bowl. Mix until well combined. Mix until well combined
- Evenly spread goat cheese on cut-sides of french bread (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per side). Layer fresh vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired and enjoy.
