  • Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese

    1 log

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teashpoons spicy harissa

  • 1 loaf french bread, cut into 4 sections

  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced thick

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced

  • 2 rainbow carrots, julienned or peeled lengthwise to create ribbon

  • 1 cup fresh sprouts

  • Salt, as desired

  • Pepper, as desired


  1. Combine all goat cheese spread ingredients in small bowl. Mix until well combined
  2. Evenly spread goat cheese spread on cut-sides of bread (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per side). Layer fresh vegetables onto bottom half of bagel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, as desired. Cover with top half of bagel, goat cheese spread side down.
