Goat Cheese Frosting

Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
whole milk, 1/2 teaspoon at a time
- Pick your favorite Vermont Creamery goat cheese log flavor* (we're using Strawberry Spritz!) and whip with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, plus a pinch of kosher salt, and keep mixing- the frosting's ready when it's fluffy and smooth.
- If it's a bit too thick, add whole milk as needed until the consistency's just right.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes, then frost your favorite bakes. We're serving this tangy-sweet topping with a classic chocolate cake (and you should, too).
