Herb Marinated Goat Cheese
Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
⅓ cup fresh herbs, (such as tarragon, chives, and thyme)
8 ounces olive oil
- Remove fresh goat cheese logs from wrapper and slice into thick rounds
- Gently roll cheese rounds in herbs and press to coat
- Layer goat cheese rounds in glass jars; pour olive oil over cheese to cover
- Let marinate for an hour before serving with grilled bread. Store refrigerated up to one week.
