Ingredients

Vermont Creamery Sea Salt Cultured Butter - 82% Butterfat
¼ cup melted

6 eggs, room temperature

2 ½ cups milk, room temperature

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 450º
- Pour melted butter into wells of 12 popover pan cups
- Beat eggs in bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, 2 minutes or until foamy, light and lemon-colored. Add milk; continue beating 1 minute. Add flour and salt; beat until well mixed
- Pour batter into prepared popover pan. Bake on middle oven rack 15 minutes
- Reduce oven temperature to 350º Do not open oven door
- Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Insert knife into popovers to allow steam to escape. Serve immediately with additional butter for spreading.
