  1. Heat oven to 450º
  2. Pour melted butter into wells of 12 popover pan cups
  3. Beat eggs in bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, 2 minutes or until foamy, light and lemon-colored. Add milk; continue beating 1 minute. Add flour and salt; beat until well mixed
  4. Pour batter into prepared popover pan. Bake on middle oven rack 15 minutes
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350º Do not open oven door
  6. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Insert knife into popovers to allow steam to escape. Serve immediately with additional butter for spreading.
