flaky sea salt
spicy Marcona almonds, or other nut mix
Fishwife smoked mackerel, or other tinned fish
herbed pita chips, such as za'atar & thyme
- Take cheeses out of the fridge one hour prior to serving, allowing them to come to room temperature.
- Place cheeses on board first and cut. Fill in board with tinned fish, nuts, cherry tomatoes, dilly beans and pita chips.
- Don't be afraid to ask your local cheesemonger for recommendations; they are a wealth of knowledge!
