Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. STEP 2 Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Set aside. STEP 3 Place butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Beat on high speed for 4 minutes, scraping sides occasionally, until mixture is light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
