I think not. no, I KNOW not. This creamy goat cheese dip is the perfect holiday appetizer to set the tone for a scrumptious meal! Ingredients8 ounces Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese 4 ounces Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon olive oil Get Ingredients Directions STEP 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. STEP 2 Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. Blend continuously for about 1 minute or until completely creamy. STEP 3 Use a rubber spatula to transfer the dip into a small ceramic baking dish (I used a 6 inch shallow bowl but any oven safe dish will work) STEP 4 Place the goat cheese dip in the oven for 20 minutes or until light golden brown. I like to broil it for the last minute to get it nice and toasty on top. STEP 5 Top with blistered tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs and serve with grilled bread, crackers, or veggies.
