DIY Chevre Log with Raspberries

Customize fresh goat cheese with spices, fresh seasonal herbs or dried fruits to your taste.  It's a fun and easy way to experiment with your favorite flavors.  


4 ounces Classic Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese

1/2 cup roasted nuts, fresh herbs, or dried fruit, as desired

    For the fresh goat cheese log, pictured here, we rolled it in dehydrated raspberries for a bright and zesty addition to the cheeseboard.

  • STEP 2

    Finely chop nuts, herbs, or fruits as desired into a consistent blend. Remove fresh goat cheese log from packaging; roll/press into chopped pairings. Serve immediately, or wrap with plastic food wrap; store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
