8 ounces Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese

1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs, (such as tarragon, chives, and thyme)

8 ounces extra virgin olive oil

Various mason or weck jars


  • STEP 1

    Remove fresh goat cheese logs from wrapper and slice into thick rounds.

  • STEP 2

    Gently roll cheese rounds in herbs and press to coat.

  • STEP 3

    Layer goat cheese rounds in glass jars; pour olive oil over cheese to cover.

  • STEP 4

    Let marinate for an hour before serving with grilled bread. Store refrigerated up to one week.
