  1. Remove the cheese from the packaging, and cut into 8 slices.
  2. Roll each slice into a ball and place in a clean jar.
  3. Add herbs and pink peppercorns.
  4. Fill the jar with honey, and put the lid on.
  5. Can be stored for up to 7 days in the fridge. Take it out 1 hour before serving.
