  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 ¾ cups sugar

  • ¾ cup light brown sugar

  • Vermont Creamery Sea Salt Cultured Butter

    1 cup softened

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • Sanding sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350º.
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture, beating on low and scraping side occasionally, just until combined.
  5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sanding sugar. Place onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges just begin to brown.
