Pour melted butter into wells of 12 popover pan cups. STEP 2 Beat eggs in bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, 2 minutes or until foamy, light and lemon-colored. Add milk; continue beating 1 minute. Add flour and salt; beat until well mixed. STEP 3 Pour batter into prepared popover pan. Bake on middle oven rack 15 minutes. STEP 4 Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Do not open oven door. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Insert knife into popovers to allow steam to escape.
