4 ounces Payoyo, or any Manchego-style cheese
Mexican chocolate pecans
dark chocolate oranges, or any fruity chocolate
cranberry & orange sauce
- Take cheeses out of the fridge one hour prior to serving, allowing them to come to room temperature.
- Place cheeses on board first and cut. Fill in with other items such as dark chocolate oranges, pistachio butter and Mexican chocolate pecans.
- Don't be afraid to ask your local cheesemonger for recommendations; they are a wealth of knowledge!
