Rancho Meladuco dates, or other high moisture dates with the pit in
thinly sliced speck
Confiture de Cerises noires (Basque black cherry jam), or other sour cherry jam
Rustic Bakery sourdough flatbread bites, olive oil and sel gris flavor
thinly sliced preserved lemon
- Take cheeses out of the fridge one hour prior to serving, allowing them to come to room temperature.
- Place cheeses on board first and cut. Fill in with other items such as dates, preserved lemon and speck.
- Don't be afraid to ask your local cheesemonger for recommendations; they are a wealth of knowledge!
