This cheeseboard by Pastoral's own Jordan Edwards was inspired by his ideal day off. Keep it simple, fun, and balanced with crisp granny smith apples, sweet kettle corn, and a fresh baguette.

Quince and apple shallot confit

Fresh baguette

Honey

Fresh apple slices

Kettle popcorn

Directions

  • STEP 1

    Take cheese out of the fridge one hour prior to serving, allowing it to come to room temperature.

  • STEP 2

    Jordan garnished a fresh goat cheese log with cranberry and orange essence, but you can always buy our pre-rolled cranberry, orange, and cinnamon chevre for ease. 

  • STEP 3

    Use upcycled aged cheese containers like our Bonne Bouche crate as a vessel for popcorn, crackers or nuts like Jordan did.
